The 25th FIDE World Senior Chess Championship is taking place from November 9-22, 2015, in Acqui Terme, Piemonte, Italy.
The event is an 11-round Swiss tournament with tempo of play 90’/40 moves + 30′ + 30″.
French GM Anatoly Vaisser (2505) heads the field of 185 players from 35 different countries.
