Serbia set for the 2015 European Team Chess Championship in Reykjavik

Captains of the Serbian national teams have announced their lineups for the 2015 European Team Chess Championship which will be held in Reykjavik, Iceland on 12-22nd November.

GM Slavoljub Marjanovic, captain of the men’s team, retained the players from the 2014 Chess Olympiad with one change – national champion Dejan Antic will replace GM Aleksandar Indjic who is starting the study at University of Texas at Dallas.

Captain of the women’s team GM Branko Damljanovic was faced with tougher choice. Two top players IM Natasa Bojkovic and WGM Marija Rakic will skip the event due to personal and work obligations.

Men: Ivan Ivanisevic, Milos Perunovic, Robert Markus, Nikola Sedlak and Dejan Antic

Women: Andjelija Stojanovic, Jovana Vojinovic, Irina Chelushkina, Mila Zarkovic and Adela Velikic
